This is my personal vacation home in Florida and I want you to enjoy it the times I can not.

I take pride in my home and recently renovated in 2021. New luxury vinyl floors in the living areas and master bedroom, new carpets in the guestrooms, the entire house painted, new furniture & TV's bought in 2020, its feels like new!

This is a charming home in a nice upscale, quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shops and all amenities, its a hidden gem.

If your looking to party every night, this is not the home for you. If you enjoy peaceful nights on the patio, listening to the wildlife and enjoying a nice dinner next to the pool...you have found the spot.

 

What I love best about this place.....its close to nature, trails, beach and water, its feels like old Florida. You can reach all the amenities in a short drive yet once you pull into the drive you feel far away. If you love walking or biking its perfect, the roads/bike trails are quiet and paved, you can walk to so many trails from the house, bike to beaches or Anna Marie Island.

When you rent with me you are treated as a guest and can reach out any time. If the home is missing anything please let me know and I can provide it. If you have a problem, something breaks or an issue it will be resolved immediately. Renting with me is about mutual respect.
